How is Insanity Max: 30 Different from Insanity or Focus T25?

The Max: 30 program has a different format than both Insanity and Focus T25, although it does share the shorter length of workout duration like that of T25. On the other hand, the intensity of the workouts in the series are on par, if not even more extreme than what we are used to from Insanity albeit shorter sessions.
