How to Get a Six Pack Fast: 4 Tips for Getting Ripped Abs

Follow These Steps To Find Out How To Get A Six Pack Fast

If you want to know how to get a six pack fast, it’s, hypothetically, not as hard as it seems. Motivation and determination are the biggest obstacles in your way, and they will be your ultimate deciding factor in whether or not you reach your goal.

Genetics aside, there are a few things you can do to transform your body and get the abs you have always wanted. Follow these Top 4 tips to reveal your very own washboard abs.

1.    How to Get a Sixpack by Losing Fat

One of the first things I tell someone who wants to know how to get a six pack quick is that they must calculate their body fat. Your abdominal region is where all of the excess fat builds up. This leaves your abs hidden from the world. The strongest, fittest person in the world would not have abs protruding from their stomach if they didn’t have low body fat.

Men need to achieve a body fat range of 8% to 9% to be able to first see their abs in full detail. Women need to have body fat in the range of 16% to 19%.

Want really ripped abs? You’ll need to drop your body fat levels even further.

2.    How to Eat to Get a Six Pack Quickly

The food you eat is essential to your six pack success. Some people – no, most people – say to stay away from carbs. This is not a good idea as carbs are essential to a healthy body. Instead, you’ll want to follow a proven path to success.

  • Determine your current caloric intake.
  • Follow a 35/35/30 split of protein, carbs and healthy fats.
  • Adjust your caloric intake so that it’s lower than your average consumption by 400 or more calories per day; if you don’t maintain a calorie count of 1600 or more, don’t go lower.

Now, you’ll be on the track to losing weight and reducing the fat that is covering your abdominal muscles. This is the most vital aspect of getting a six pack, and the one area that will be the ultimate deciding factor of your success.

A few great foods to add to your diet at this time are:

  • Lean Meats: Chicken and turkey are great options.
  • Vegetables: Leafy greens, such as kale and spinach.
  • Fruits: Avocadoes are a great way to add healthy fats to your diet. Berries are also a great choice.

Always adapting and adjusting your diet is the best way to get abs quickly.

3.    How to Perform Your Workouts

People want to know how to get a six pack in 30 days, but most never understand that your workout should not be based around your abs. Yes, you want strong abs, but you don’t want to put your primary focus on your abs. The truth of the matter is that you already have nice ab muscles, but they are hidden from the world.

You want to kick your workout up a notch and burn as much calories as possible.

Your body will naturally start producing hormones that boost your metabolic rate when you perform rigorous, back-breaking workouts. This means doing workouts that are fast paced and really push your body to the next level with every last rep or session.

Even if you want to perform the same workouts as you do now, try to incorporate HIIT into your routine. This can be done by:

  • Shortening your rest periods.
  • Organizing your workouts for a streamlined transition between each exercise.

One fitness guru recommends doing squats at the end of every workout. Why? Because squats are really taxing on the body and work numerous muscles at one time. This is where you’ll see a major boost in calories burned.

Work smarter and harder – not longer.

HIIT and circuit training are great options. You can even perform HIIT training at home and won’t have to worry about going to the gym.

Once you have a proper routine down that is meant to burn the maximum amount of calories in a session, you’ll then have to adjust it as you see fit. When your abs are showing, you can add in further abdominal training to define your look.

Does this mean you should never train your abs? No. But, you need to supplement your ab training with full body workouts. Ideally, you’ll work your abs 3 – 4 times a week to see the absolute best results. However, concentrate on fat loss first.

4.    How to Stay Motivated

Staying motivated is the key to reaching your fitness goals. Everyone wants to know how to get a six pack fast, but the truth is that you may not be able to reach your goal in 30 days. There are too many factors to consider with the main being your current dietary needs and body fat level. Someone who is 100 pounds overweight will not see overnight success, but they can achieve their goals in time.

Motivation comes in many forms, including:

  • Finding a workout buddy to push you through hard times.
  • Taking before and after pictures every month.
  • Writing down your goals and accomplishments.
  • Understanding results take time.

If you can remain motivated, you can get a six pack and realize your goals.

Are You Ready To Take Things To The Next Level?

Don’t be fooled by gimmick diets and weight loss pills; what you need is consistency and a plan to help see you through.

I love reading these! Very good advice one should listen to. I myself do these things and they work. Especially the part about NOT focusing on your abs. If you get your diet right and step up the calories you burn your abs will show up all on their own. When I say “diet” I dont mean eating rice cakes all day every day. I mean a normal eating ha but that promotes health. For instances, I dont cut a cookie out of my life forever. As you know, when you do that it tends to make you want it more. But knowing how many calories I take in a day and how many I’m losing helps to let me know that if I want one when I can have one. For me, I cut out junk food anyway. Not cause I dont like it but in my normal “diet” I subbed it out for healthier things. Like instead of a candy bar I’ll have a vanilla yogurt. Or instead of a doughnut I’ll have fresh strawberries. This way, when I really DO want that doughnut its not a big deal to have one, not 10 lol. Anyway, good advice and I hope anything I wrote can help too. Takes a while reading labels to find out the calories in things but after several times I prom is it gets easier to when you rarely have to read and you’ll already have a list of things you love. It gets easier. Have a great day!
